Operator Performance Program
The Operator Performance Program overlays existing safety training for qualified trainees and experienced operators. It begins with a baseline assessment, tracks sustained performance across training trials, and uses performance data to guide targeted improvement in attention control, reaction speed, working memory, decision accuracy and additional cognitive areas. Practical Training is tailored to each trainee’s individual needs, performance data, and safety goals. 3DSĀF performance training utilizes 3D Multiple Object Tracking (3D-MOT), powered by NeuroTrackerX, as part of the program. This science-based platform is supported by more than 120 independent studies, including more than 30 that reference driving assessment and performance. 3DSĀF specialists will then consult with your team to interpret results and identify practical development opportunities or issues.
